Registration for the CEA Annual Conference

Online registrations for the CEA (Europe/UK) Conference (Oxford July 12-13th) have now CLOSED.

Anyone who has submitted a paper but has not already registered must contact the conference organisers at cea2010oxford@yahoo.com to ask about space availability.

Accommodation booking

The conference has reserved limited en-suite and non en-suite rooms at St Anne’s College of Oxford University located in the city centre. The room rate (including breakfast) for an en-suite room is 76 pounds per night and that for a non en-suite room is £46 per night. These will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. PhD students have the priority to apply for the non en-suite rooms.

On the registration form, please indicate carefully the dates and type of University accommodation required.

Hotels in Oxford can be very busy in the summer. We recommend strongly that you make your accommodation booking as early as possible. Once the University rooms have been taken, please book local hotel and accommodation by yourself.

The first day of the Conference will be held at the Department of Engineering Science, University of Oxford, Parks Rd, Oxford OX1 3PJ. See map.
